IMPORTANT - All sales
are made on the basis of acceptance by the purchaser of the following:
Because of the variables in the timing of Alcohol
Consumption, individual metabolism and self administration, by
continuing to purchase this item the user of
this product agrees:
(1) not to hold the manufacturer, dealer, wholesaler,
or distributor responsible for the consequences of any decision, based
on the use of this product, to operate any vehicle, boat, or aircraft or
other equipment or to take part in any activity where the effect of
alcohol consumption may be a factor and
(2) to hold them harmless from the claims of others
arising out of any such decision.
The effects of alcohol on the person are
unpredictable and vary from person to person. AlcoDigital.co.uk do not
condone the irresponsible consumption of alcohol in any circumstances
and recommend that if any doubt exists the user should refrain from
making any decision that may be impaired by alcohol and should not carry
out any act where the effect of alcohol consumption may be a factor. The
equipment supplied and specifications quoted are tested under controlled
laboratory conditions which may or may not be reproduced by the user.
The only way to be certain that there is no residual alcohol in the
blood is to abstain from any form of consumption for a period of at
least 24 hours or more, depending upon the quantity consumed.
These products should be used only to give an
indication of the possible presence of alcohol in the blood. The user
must not rely solely upon the indications provided by this equipment and
must use his/her own judgement, taking all factors into account, to determine
whether it is safe and/or legal to operate a vehicle, boat, plane, use
any other equipment or carry out any other function where their ability
to do so may be impaired by the effects of alcohol.

Delivery
Policy
We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day following
receipt of order, however all orders will be sent within no more than 7
working days from receipt of order. Customers will be notified via email when an
item has been dispatched. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for the
safe arrival of goods that are not sent via secure delivery. If standard
Royal Mail postage is selected by the purchaser, AlcoDigital will not
replace items lost or damaged during transit.
Cancellation/Refunds
The purchaser has the right to cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods. For
hygiene reasons a full refund can only be provided if the goods are UNUSED and
UNOPENED; the consumer will incur the cost of returning goods. Where the customer exercises his/her right to cancel,
payment will be returned to them within 30 days. If an order needs to be
cancelled please contact us at
CustomerService@AlcoDigital.co.uk immediately. Where a customer has
requested an express dispatch service, the charges
for the express dispatch service will not be refunded once the item(s) have been
dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil an order we
will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order.
A Calibration service cannot be cancelled once the work has been commenced.
We will always endeavour to achieve as fast a service as possible so it may be
that the cancellation period for such services is less than the 7 days stated
above. Once the testing procedure has been completed, failure of a unit to
calibrate due to a defect in the unit will not result in the fees for the
testing service being refunded.
Faults
and Replacements
All goods are certified serviceable on dispatch. Should a unit not be functioning, or be damaged in any way on receipt, the
purchaser must notify us immediately via
CustomerService@AlcoDigital.co.uk or call our service centre on 0844 585 5050. An RMA number will be issued for the return of the product which will
be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Goods must be returned
undamaged in the original packaging with all accessories. Once a unit has been
used it cannot be replaced for reasons of hygiene, however all products are
covered my manufacturer warranty for 12 months from date of purchase. Users
should note however that sensor damage can occur if the guidelines set out in
the user guide are not followed, and AlcoDigital Limited cannot be held
responsible for damage occurring to the unit through any form or misuse.
Complaints
Any complaints should be sent to
CustomerService@AlcoDigital.co.uk We will endeavour to answer all
complaints within 2 working days and complaints are treated in strict
confidence. Once purchased
all products/items are the responsibility of the purchaser, the purchaser must
be over 18 years of age to complete transactions. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
International orders
The payment of any customs or import duties which may be levied once the package
reaches your country is the responsibility of the customer. Tax-free exports can
only be arranged on an order-by-order basis, usually for bulk purchases.

Privacy Statement
AlcoDigital Limited does not sell, rent or give out personal details you
submit to any 3rd party. We may use your phone number address or e-mail address
to contact you about an order. Any personal details gathered from order or
enquiries (collected lawfully and in accordance with the the Data Protection Act
1998) are kept safely on our computer.
Errors
and Omissions
The information, products and services contained on this web site may be out of
date or include omissions, inaccuracies or other errors. All information is
provided on an 'as is' basis. AlcoDigital Limited reserves the right to make
changes to this web site at any time without notice
