The company is run by Directors Chris & Suzannah and first started trading in 2002 as UKBreathalysers.  Most of the team have been with us for four years or more; the latest arrival is Steve who is currently focusing on our growing Drug Test business.  Andrew has developed a detailed knowledge of the company testing devices and has substantial in depth knowledge of the technical aspects of the business.

Customer Focused
Both Chris & Suzannah come from customer-focused backgrounds and quality service with first class backup has always been key to the companies success. Sales over the past eight years have grown well into five figures with literally thousands of Breathalyzers sold and a solid customer base built up. Almost 20% of annual sales are derived from either repeat business or personal recommendations by existing customers which is a testament to the satisfaction levels we achieve.

Extensive Experience
Six years ago we were the first distributor in the UK to actively start to market Dräeger Approved Devices to companies and professionals for testing employees and four years ago were appointed by Q3i, the worlds' largest manufacturer of Personal Breathalyzers, as their Main Distributor for the UK & Ireland.  We now sell more Dräeger devices into the commercial and occupational health market than any other UK supplier. Unlike most other internet companies, we don't just supply boxes on a stack-and-sell basis and more recently have been appointed as an authorised maintenance facility to repair devices that fail calibration process - the first UK company to be able to do so.

So many internet companies operate a bargain-basement policy with few if any customer service operators to answer queries by phone.  Maintaining personal contat does cost more than just an answering machine and the occasional check of emails but we beleive the investment worthwhile and vital to developing our business.
